The Fields application (hereinafter, “the App”) is developed and distributed by:

2. Data We Collect
Fields does not collect, store or process any personal data from its users directly.
The App does not include:
- User account registration
- Built-in contact forms
- Proprietary analytics systems
- Cookies or proprietary tracking technologies
- Storage of usage, movement, voice or behavioural data within the VR environment
3. Data Processed by Third Parties (Meta / Horizon OS)
Fields is distributed exclusively through the Meta Quest Store and runs on the Horizon OS platform by Meta Platforms, Inc. By installing and using the App, the user interacts with Meta’s infrastructure, which may collect and process data in accordance with its own policies.
Data that Meta may collect includes, but is not limited to:
- The user’s Meta account information
- Platform usage and performance data
- Movement, position and environmental data (managed by the device’s operating system)
- Purchase information processed through the Meta store

Fields has no access to any data collected by Meta through its platform and does not use it for any purpose.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis
Since Fields does not collect personal data on its own account, there is no data processing for which the App is responsible under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) or Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD).
Accordingly, no legal basis for processing applies on the part of Fields.
5. Sharing or Transfer of Data to Third Parties
Fields does not share, sell or transfer users’ personal data to any third party, as it does not collect any.
Any data transfer that may occur in the context of using the Meta platform is the sole responsibility of Meta Platforms, Inc.
6. Data Retention
As Fields does not collect personal data, no data retention periods apply.
7. User Rights
Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, users are entitled to the following rights regarding their personal data:
- Access: the right to know what data is being processed about them.
- Rectification: the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: the right to request deletion of their data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction of processing: the right to request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances.
- Data portability: the right to receive their data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection: the right to object to the processing of their data.
Since Fields does not process personal data, any exercise of these rights should be directed, where applicable, to Meta Platforms, Inc. as the data controller on the platform, through the channels provided in their privacy policy.

8. Security
Fields does not store or transmit user data, so there is no risk of a security breach associated with any data processing performed by the App itself. The security of data managed by the Meta platform is the responsibility of Meta Platforms, Inc.
9. Children’s Privacy
Fields is an immersive artistic experience. It is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. In accordance with Meta Quest’s terms of use, use of the device and applications available on the Meta Quest Store requires users to meet the age requirements established by Meta.
Fields does not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the App or the applicable legal framework. Any material changes will be communicated by updating the date shown at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Continued use of the App following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Complaints to the Supervisory Authority
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD):
